The air was exactly like it was 80 miles west of me. I got out of my preaching class at 9:15 and overheard a construction worker on his cellphone trying to comprehend that the towers had been hit by airplanes. I’ll never forget how blue that sky was. How cool that morning was, before I knew what had happened and everything changed.
