As a nation, it seems we are thoroughly willing to not accept but to rather endorse, in a wholesale strict constructionist interpretation of our Second Amendment, the guaranteed unfettered freedom to acquire arms and to seek out and kill men, women, and children and to kill them at such a level and rate that it
